Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you access or use Newspaper.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Newspaper, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Newspaper is operated as a Logan Pendragon Forge Lab.

2. Informational service

Newspaper provides automated research summaries and links for general information. It is not original reporting and does not provide legal, medical, financial, emergency, voting, or other professional advice. Confirm important information with the linked source of record and an appropriate qualified professional.

3. Automated content and errors

Automation is used to research, draft, organize, and review editions. Despite source and standards checks, an edition may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, incomplete context, or biased source material. Publication does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, neutrality, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Local generation

A Local request may use an approximate IP-derived location or a country and postal code that you submit. Generated Local editions are public, saved in the Local Archive, assigned a permanent URL, and may be indexed by search engines. Do not use the service to expose private addresses, target private individuals, harass people, or generate unlawful content.

5. Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the service, bypass rate limits, probe protected files, automate abusive request volume, submit malicious material, impersonate another person, or use Newspaper in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others. Access may be limited or blocked to protect the Lab and its users.

6. Sources and third parties

Source links lead to independent websites that control their own content, availability, terms, privacy practices, and intellectual property. A link does not imply endorsement. Publisher names and marks belong to their respective owners.

7. Newspaper content and feedback

The Newspaper interface, original organization, and original explanatory copy are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Source material remains owned by its respective publisher. If you submit feedback, you grant Logan Pendragon Forge permission to review it and use its ideas to improve the Lab; optional public contributor credit is governed by the choice in the Feedback form.

8. Availability, changes, and corrections

The service may be changed, suspended, rate-limited, or discontinued at any time. Editions may be withheld when verification fails. Material corrections may update an archived edition with a visible correction note.

9. Disclaimer and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Newspaper is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Logan Pendragon Forge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or reliance-based losses arising from use of the service or third-party sources. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

10. Updates and contact

These terms may be updated as the Lab changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions or concerns should be sent through the Logan Pendragon Forge Feedback control at the top right of the screen.
